Most churches today are under-resourced, leaving pastors overwhelmed and ministries limited in impact. 85% of churches worldwide are led by pastors with little to no theological training, and in the U.S., over half of pastors are bivocational—often unpaid or underpaid. Without adequate support, churches struggle to disciple, serve, and reach their communities.

We exist to change that. Together, we can strengthen churches, equip leaders, and fulfill the Great Commission.

Multiply is a ministry founded by church leaders for church leaders, uniquely designed to support local churches with the practical services they need. We understand the pressures of ministry—limited time, resources, and growing demands—because we’ve lived it. Our mission is to alleviate the burden by providing essential tools and support, allowing pastors to focus on what truly matters: discipling, shepherding, and advancing the Great Commission.

At Ocean View Christian Academy we have had the privilege of partnering with Multiply for over 6 years. The Pastors on staff engage with our students in community outreach, Bible studies, leadership classes and mentoring programs for students ranging in ages from Kindergarten to High School Seniors. The wisdom filled care our students receive from the members of the Multiply organization will serve them long after they depart from their educational years and into their futures! We are so grateful for this ministry.
