My name is Aaron Dininny, Executive Director of the [Multiply] Family of Churches. I’m joined by a long time friend in ministry, now colleague as School Pastor at [OVCA], Daniel Mackey.
Here at Behind Open Doors, we want to help you multiply your disciple-making efforts…about things that matter. We believe Christian education matters. Christian education has a long history. Since the days of the early church, Christians have been teachers and students; Christian day schools of some sort or other are embedded in Church history, including the church I am a part of. This will be our topic today.
But first, Daniel, give us an intro of yourself, who you are, what God has called you to do…
Why you have a passion for Christian education…
You are the School Pastor here, and acting head of school, which means you lead/pastor the teachers, faculty, while pointing the students to Jesus, helping families in discipleship…tell us more about that, your heart for that…
So, we want to multiply the heart of God. That’s what really matters in the Christian life.
What matters today is, Christ IN Education.
