A Growing Crisis
The harvest is ready, but leaders are few. Jesus saw it then, and it’s true now. Churches grow, but trained leaders can’t keep up with God’s global work.
Jesus told us to pray, go, unite, and give. Leadership shortage isn’t fate—it’s a call. We must raise up, send out, and support laborers.
The Church is at a crossroads. Will we respond? The crisis is real—but so is the opportunity to multiply and grow God’s Kingdom.

We’re facing an extreme need. To continue the Multiply movement through 2026 — training leaders, planting churches, and advancing the Kingdom — we need 167 people to commit $1.67 a day. It’s the smallest ask with the biggest return: ordinary generosity fueling extraordinary Kingdom work.

Response to The Call
Multiply helps churches create discipleship cultures where following Jesus is central. As people grow spiritually, their gifts naturally develop, forming the foundation for healthy communities. This deep followership produces believers who live in obedience, humility, and mission—essential traits for future leaders.
Multiply trains and develops leaders from within the local church. Through intentional discipleship, mentoring, and Spirit-led community, people rise into leadership roles with character and calling. Multiply provides systems that help churches nurture and multiply these emerging leaders – leading to church multiplication.
Multiply equips local leaders to plant, revitalize, and send. As leaders are raised up, they become residents, planters, and revitalizers who expand God’s Kingdom. Multiply’s approach creates sustainable, Spirit-formed churches across the globe—led by disciples who make disciples and multiply healthy churches everywhere.
